Refund policy
At Mana Golf, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Change of Mind
We accept returns for change of mind within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original condition
- With all original tags attached
- Returned in the original packaging where possible
Customer are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your time arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We'll arrange a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the product (if applicable)
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
Exchanges
if you need a different size or colour, we'll gladly exchange your item (subject to stock availability). Return shipping costs for exchanges are the customers responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Sale Items
Sale or Clearance items can only be returned if they are faulty or required under Australian Consumer Law.
