We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your new gear on and off the course.
Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
During new product launches, promotions or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Australia Shipping
We ship Australia-wide using trusted delivery partners.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–4 business days (where available)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Free standard shipping on Australian orders over $150 AUD. (Change or remove this if you’re offering a different threshold.)
International Shipping
Mana Golf ships to selected international destinations.
International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges that may apply in their country.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
Delivery Delays
While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to courier services, weather events or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping details are correct before completing your order.
Mana Golf cannot accept responsibility for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
We’ll work with the shipping provider to investigate and help resolve the issue.
